I purchased a MagicBand online or at a retail location. How do I link it to my Disney account so that I can use it?

A.

If you purchased your MagicBand online at shopDisney or at a retail location, please follow these steps to link it to your Disney account:

  1. Create or sign into your Disney account.
  2. Link your MagicBand to your Disney account.

To use your MagicBand with FastPass+ service, both your MagicBand and valid theme park admission must be linked to your Disney account. If you have not already done so, please link your ticket, Annual Pass or package to your Disney account.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World visit, please call 0800 028 0778 (UK) or 1800 812 678 (Ireland).
  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
