Where can I find my hotel or package reservation confirmation number?

A.

View an existing reservation online on the My Reservations page in My Disney Experience to check the confirmation number. You will need to sign into your account.

When you make a new reservation online, you will see your confirmation number on both the online confirmation page and your confirmation email. If you make your reservation over the phone, your booking agent will verbally provide you with a confirmation number—you may also receive either a confirmation email or receive a letter in the mail with the confirmation number.

Please keep your confirmation number for reference. If you wish to view a reservation online that you made over the phone, you may need to link your reservation to My Disney Experience by entering your confirmation number and the phone number that you used to make the call. After you do so, the reservation will show up on the My Reservations page to allow you to easily reference it in the future.

  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
