Direct-to-Room & Online Check-in Services – Frequently Asked Questions

I am using Direct-to-Room service. Where should I go when I arrive at my Disney Resort hotel?
A.

Simply bypass the Front Desk and head straight to your room once you receive the room is ready communication via the method you opted into during the Online Check-in service. Then use either your MagicBand or the My Disney Experience app to unlock your door. It’s just that easy.

Need help finding your room? You can access a Resort hotel map on your “Resort Reservation” page in the app. Then follow the signs located throughout the property to point you in the direction of your room.

Begin the check-in process in advance of your arrival using the Direct-to-Room service on disneyworld.com or with the My Disney Experience app.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World visit, please call 0800 028 0778 (UK) or 1800 812 678 (Ireland).
  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
