Services Provided

With a distinctly Disney touch, Guest Relations provides a wealth of handy services designed to make your vacation as hassle-free as it can be.

Guide Maps
Each theme park Guest Relations location has Guide Maps for their own park in 6 different languages: English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German and Japanese. Guide Maps for other parks are available there in English only. For example, the Epcot Guest Relations location offers Epcot Guide Maps in 6 different languages—with Guide Maps for other parks available in English.

At Disney Springs, Guest Relations has Disney Springs Guide Maps in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese—as well as theme park Guide Maps in English.

Each location also provides detailed guides for Guests with Disabilities.

Locations & Operating Hours

Guest Relations is available at all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, both water parks, Disney Springs and ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex.

Hours of operation vary based on location. Each Guest Relations location is open during the normal operating hours for its park or complex.

  • For assistance with your Walt Disney World visit, please call 0800 028 0778 (UK) or 1800 812 678 (Ireland).
  • New or existing Disney Resort hotel reservations and tickets: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Dining reservations, technical support and other enquiries: daily from noon to 10:00 PM
